Chalet Renovation on the Way
Swedetown Trails Club and Calumet Township are on the way to a big renovation of the Swedetown Chalet. The public areas will be on one level with no stairs. There will be more gathering space indoors and out. The State of Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund has committed $400,000 to this project and there are other grant possibilites. We welcome any donations to make this project a reality in 2026.
Giving Tuesday 2025
Thank you to our sgenerous supporters who donated during the 2025 Copper Shores Giving Tuesday campaign. These donations are getting us much closer to being able to start the much-needed Chalet expansion.
