More than 20 high school and middle school teams competed on the Swedetown Trails on September 20th. Senior Senior Eric Weiss from Houghton covered the 3.1-mile course in 17 minutes in the boys event. Ishpeming sophomore Lola Korpi earned top honors in the girls’ race at 21:18. She was followed by Houghton senior Ingrid Seagren (21:39).
